Who, What, Where
Agon Partners LLC was founded by Kevin Phelan in 2013 after a 25-year long career in the energy industry. Kevin spent his career working on domestic and international Marketing, Business Strategy, Innovation and Mergers experience in the Energy, Retail and Sustainability sectors. After leaving his role as a marketing executive at B.P, Kevin began career 2.0 with the founding of Agon Partners.
Agon works with clients across various industries to identify, develop and implement strategic growth and change opportunities. Working with senior executives, boards, investors and other stakeholders throughout the process. Agon focuses on an integrated strategy combining profitable growth with stakeholder engagement, communication, innovation, and risk management.
With each client, we work with we strive to "build a better aircraft while we fly." We believe in becoming an extension of the teams we work with to help develop the best strategies for them while still helping run the day to day business.
