Kevin is President and Chief Strategist of Agôn Partners, working with senior executives, boards, investors and other stakeholders to identify, develop and implement strategic growth and change opportunities. Agôn focuses on integrated strategy combining profitable growth with stakeholder engagement, communication, innovation, and risk management.
Kevin was Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for BP North America accountable for strategic, operational and financial performance of BP's $36bn Retail, Consumer, Business to Business and Brand Marketing activities. He led Brand Strategy, Marketing, Sales, New Product Innovation, Retail Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Portfolio Management and Crisis Management.
He led the US start-up of BP's Low Carbon business, Target Neutral, creating new business models and strategic partnerships with organizations to reduce, replace, and neutralize the impact of carbon emissions. Creating operational change, adoption of alternative technologies and the use of Renewable energy to improve sustainability. He was Head of Olympic Mobility leading sustainability activities for London 2012 Olympics, major US sporting events and Team USA.
Kevin advises multiple organizations both corporate and non-profit on Business, Sustainability and Brand Strategy, Marketing, Communications, Crisis Management, Start-up investment, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Innovation.
Kevin helps organizations change and grow in multiple dimensions. He energizes and inspires individuals, leaders and teams to seize opportunities and helps them implement in a real, measurable and profitable way.
Kat began working for Agon Partners full time in July 2019 after completing a summer internship in 2018. She works alongside Kevin as an associate consultant, working with clients on the development of strategic plans, brand strategy, marketing, and communications.
Previously, Kat has worked with various other groups on marketing and branding projects. Some notable projects include developing marketing initiatives for Impossible Burger and LA-based co-working space Vector 90.
Kat has also worked for the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago as a part of a senior management team for summer camp programs.
Kat attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles where she graduated with a B.A in Marketing in May 2019.
